The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction is in charge of the education system in our state. They have many resources about curriculum and standards.

Autism Center
The University of Washington Autism Center provides intervention services, professional training, diagnostic evaluation, and program consultation for children with autism and related pervasive developmental disorders.
Seattle Children's Autism Center
The Autism Center at Seattle Children's Hospital provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and support for autism spectrum disorders. They also offer training through parent education programs and classes.
Autism Society of Washington (ASW)
ASW is the local state chapter of the Autism Society. ASW sponsors statewide chapter meetings, support groups, and a statewide conference on autism.

Washington State Department of Health (DOH)
Download the Autism Guidebook for Washington State: A Resource for Individuals, Families, and Professionals. This book contains information on autism - birth through the lifespan - for those working with and caring for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders.
Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT) of Washington
FEAT is dedicated to assisting families in implementing behavioral programs rooted in the principles of applied behavioral analysis. FEAT of Washington has a family resource guide for the greater Seattle area.
Northwest Autism Center
The Northwest Autism Center, located in Spokane, is a non-profit organization which provides outreach and services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders.
